Salary
Annual Income: 3.8 million – 5 million yen
*Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime
*Commission and incentive system available depending on role
*Salary will be determined after the interview based on experience
・Salary structure: Monthly salary + bonus
・Salary revision: Once a year (July)
・Bonus: Twice a year (September / March) *Depending on performance

9:00-18:00, 1-hour lunch break between 12:00 – 14:00

Job Description
・Vehicle Purchase Sales
Visit customers, inspect vehicles, and determine pricing. You will also handle price negotiation, contract procedures, and customer management.
・Vehicle Sales
Meet customers visiting the showroom, hear their needs, and propose the most suitable vehicles.
*During the training period, you may also gain experience in other tasks.

Requirements
・Eligible to work under Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services Visa
・Experience working in Japan
・Japanese language proficiency: N3 or higher
・Japanese driver’s license
